An Orientation Seminar for the newly inducted and upcoming members of the Rotaract Club of RIIT Raniganj was successfully conducted on 11th December at 3:15 PM at the Rotary Club of Raniganj. The seminar aimed to familiarize young Rotaractors with the values, vision, and working structure of Rotaract and its strong bond with Rotary International. The session highlighted the objectives of Rotaract, avenues for leadership development, professional growth, community service, and international understanding. Senior Rotarians and Rotaractors shared valuable insights on teamwork, ethics, social responsibility, and the importance of service above self. The interactive discussion encouraged participants to actively engage in club activities and take up leadership roles with confidence. The seminar proved to be an inspiring platform that motivated the new Rotaractors to contribute meaningfully to society while developing themselves as responsible leaders of tomorrow.
